United StatesI've had a great experience using this mat. I've used other mats and hot yoga towels and always slip. This one has amazing grip. I do hot yoga and hot pilates daily.
This mat feels so incredible, I wish I had purchased sooner!! I do a lot of Pilates and sitting on the mat, and this is so cooling to the touch, I love the way my hands and body glide right over it. I’ve had reconstructive surgery on my ACL, and have had to double up my previous traditional mats. This cork mat is soft, yet thick enough the support it gives me the perfect level of comfort for my delicate knees, I’ve ditched my base mat entirely. The art on this mat is beautiful and inspiring and helps support & guide me into new poses and routine with its center line and dots. I’d love to have a wider version of this, like 5-6 inches more would be amazing for my floor routines.
