Return & Exchange Policy

We stand behind everything we sell.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, it can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery date, or store credit/ exchange within 30 days of receiving the product.

Extended Holiday Returns: You have until January 12th to return or exchange items purchased starting November 1st onwards. Being in new unused condition and original packaging is a must. Please check our return policy details below. 

RULES & ELIGIBILITY:

* All returned items must be in new and unused condition and still have original packaging and tags attached. 

* Unfortunately, we cannot cover the shipping; customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If you need a shipping label, you can purchase one from us.

* Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Steps for Returns/ Exchanges

Please strictly follow the return/exchange procedure, we reserve the rights to refuse returns for items that we don't receive, do not meet hygiene and health regulations or are no longer sellable for other reasons.

Once you have contacted us, we will send you a simple protocol/ guide to follow. 

Step 1: Send in photo of item for products integrity 

Step 2: Receive our return shipping address 

Step 3: Update package shipping information by emailing us 

Step 4: Product passing inspection of above conditions 

Step 5: Receive refund in your bank account!/ or exchange-item shipping information!
