1- Use as Mist

Before or after practice use sprays as mist by spraying in the air to enhance your meditation or practice.

2- Use to activate Grip

You can get extra grip with a little moisture by spritzing this spray where hands and feet go on our cork mats until body is warm. (this only works on cork)

Reuse

You can reuse your bottle by filling up the bottle with water after done using. Your mat can still be activated to grip in your cold/ non–sweaty practice with the use of water. Essential oils are used for mist & aromatherapy purposes.
