A yoga bolster can help provide support through deepening or assisting in yin practices and restorative asanas. Our yoga bolsters are created with top quality, sustainability and comfort in mind.
To wash outer the casing, remove and hand wash with cold water. To wash the inner casing, pour the filling into a bucket prior to washing. Dry in shade. Do not tumble dry. Do not wet the filling. Do not bleach. If washing instructions are not followed, shrinkage could occur.

Hi Kylie, thank you for your feedback! The bolster is actually adjustable - You can get it to be less firm by taking out some buckwheat hulls. We fill it to the edge so you can get the value of it in case you need the firmness, which some people would love for different uses. But, to lessen firmness, you can spill out extra buckwheat hulls and store in a closed container, and you can use for any DIY pillow/ stuffing, or save for later if you want to re-add firmness. Hope that helps :)
