After sweating, lay the mat to dry, then roll & store.
Always roll CORK side out.

United StatesMy hands tend to get sweaty during my practice, so I've always needed to use a yoga towel or other similar accessory to keep myself from slipping on my yoga mats. This mat is finally one that I can use by itself without slipping at all. I love the texture of the cork and the simplicity of the design. I also ordered the extra thick version because of knee problems, and it’s been perfect so far. Thick enough that there isn’t any pain in postures where I’m kneeling, but not too heavy that traveling with the mat is a problem. I’m very happy to have made the investment in this mat. I expect it to last a long time.
